JJ Goods & Services is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) operating in the State of Indiana. All transactions are conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally eligible to purchase firearms and related products under applicable law

  • You are not a prohibited person under federal or state law

  • You meet all minimum age requirements:

    • 18 years of age for long guns

    • 21 years of age for handguns

3. Firearms Sales & Transfers

All firearm purchases:

  • Must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder

  • Require completion of a background check

  • Require valid government-issued identification

JJ Goods & Services does not guarantee approval of any firearm transfer.

4. Compliance with Laws

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal firearm laws

  • Ensuring the legality of any purchase in their jurisdiction

JJ Goods & Services reserves the right to cancel any transaction that does not comply with applicable law.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment or required deposit must be received before any order is processed

  • Custom or special orders may require non-refundable deposits

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice

6. Order Acceptance & Refusal

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to any individual

  • Cancel any order at our discretion

  • Deny transactions suspected of fraud, unlawful intent, or policy violation

7. Returns & Refunds

Firearms sales are final once transferred.
All other returns are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

JJ Goods & Services is not liable for:

  • Misuse of any firearm or product after transfer

  • Any damages, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from product use

  • Manufacturer defects or failures

All products are sold “as is” unless otherwise specified.
