FFL Transfer Policy – JJ Goods & Services
Transfer Services
JJ Goods & Services provides firearm transfer services for firearms purchased from third-party sellers.
Transfer Requirements
To complete a transfer, the following are required:
Valid government-issued photo ID
Matching current address (or supplemental documentation if required)
Successful completion of a background check
Transfer Fees
Standard FFL Transfer Fee: $25 per firearm
(Payment is due at time of transfer)
Background Check
All firearm transfers require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a background check in accordance with federal and state law. Approval is not guaranteed.
Denied or Delayed Transfers
Transfer fees are non-refundable, regardless of approval status
If a transfer is denied, the firearm must be returned to the original seller at the buyer’s expense
For delayed background checks:
Firearms subject to a delayed status may be held for a limited time pending resolution
In certain circumstances, JJ Goods & Services may allow an extended hold period of up to 14 days on a case-by-case basis
JJ Goods & Services reserves full discretion regarding storage duration and release of any firearm
Storage Policy
Firearms should be picked up promptly following approval.
Firearms must be picked up within 3 days of arrival.
JJ Goods & Services reserves the right to apply storage limitations or fees for firearms not picked up within a reasonable timeframe
Failure to pick up within this timeframe may result in:
Storage fees of $15 per day
Return shipment to the sender at the buyer’s expense
Firearms not retrieved may be returned to the original sender at the buyer’s expense
Shipment Requirements
Firearms must be shipped from a licensed FFL or compliant seller
JJ Goods & Services must be notified prior to shipment
Right to Refuse Transfer
We reserve the right to refuse any transfer that:
Violates legal requirements
Does not meet our compliance standards
