Firearms Compliance Notice

JJ Goods & Services is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) operating in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Important Notice to Customers:

• All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder

• No firearms will be shipped directly to individuals

• All firearm transfers require:

  • Valid government-issued identification

  • Completion of a background check

  • Compliance with all applicable laws

Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to:

• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws

• Ensure that the firearm being purchased is legal in their jurisdiction

Prohibited Transactions

JJ Goods & Services will not process or complete:

• Sales to prohibited individuals

• Straw purchases (purchasing on behalf of another person)

• Transactions involving restricted or illegal items

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that:

• Violates applicable law

• Raises compliance concerns

• Appears fraudulent or suspicious
